What We Believe

We believe God's Word is God's communication to us. Although God is free to speak to us in unexpected ways, we confidently listen for his Word in Jesus Christ, in holy Scripture, in preaching and the Sacraments. As Christians of the Reformed faith, we accept the historic documents of the Reformed Tradition as statements of faith. We declare the sovereignty of God, His saving act in Jesus Christ our Lord, the presence of the Holy Spirit and the mission of the whole Church.

We understand these beliefs to be the Gospel of today's world and consider it our obligation and joy to share them with all of God's people. The gospel is relevant in the worship, education, service and fellowship of Christ-followers in an attempt to keep Christ vital in our lives.
