Presbyterian Women's News

     All women of the church are encouraged to participate in our Presbyterian Women's Organization, which provides opportunities for fellowship,
spiritual growth and mission service. Three groups called "Circles" get together once a month to study Bible lessons, have fellowship, worship and pray together. These circles meet regularly as follows:

Ruth Circle - first Monday at 7pm

Martha Circle - first Tuesday at 10am

Sarah Circle - first Thursday at noon

Prayer Shaw Ministry - second Thursday at 11:00 am, to knit prayer shawls.

Missions - July 14th & 28th, 9:30 am Tartan Hall Balcony.

     The YARD SALE  on June 18^th  was a great success.   It was a good week-end for the sale, as it was Father’s Day and Kirkn’ of the Tartan on Sunday, June 20^th.

     We have been discussing plans for another SOS Hygiene Kit drive to begin on July 11^th .  If you have destroyed your list of what to put in the bag, look in the bulletins and the First Word for the information.

     The next event for all the Circles is set for August 28^th.   This will be a Spiritual Retreat with Carolyn Hillman as the teacher.  Each year this gets better and better.  Carolyn makes the Retreat a joy to attend.  Just ask some who have attended one.
